I approach therapy with a calm, grounded, and relational style, and I believe that while being human can be difficult, it doesn’t have to be faced alone. A lot of the work I do with clients centers on making sense of their experiences and reconnecting with who they are underneath it.

I work with adolescents (12+) and adults across the lifespan, supporting concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, identity development, and substance use. My background in inpatient and outpatient settings has given me experience with both acute/severe mental health needs and the everyday challenges that bring people into therapy. I have a particular passion for working with complex trauma and identity, helping clients build a clearer, more grounded sense of self.

I use a mix of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), along with a holistic, whole-person perspective. I tend to be both practical and reflective—helping clients build tools they can use day-to-day while also exploring deeper patterns, meaning, and relationships.

I value creating a space that feels safe, real, and not overly clinical. I use humor in session when it fits, and I focus on building a strong therapeutic relationship where clients can slow down, be themselves, and do meaningful work. I’m also open to incorporating spirituality at whatever level feels comfortable, and I enjoy helping people strengthen relationships, work through barriers, and reconnect with themselves in a more intentional way.
